How it works

Only approved times

Applicants can only choose availability published by Evolve Network staff, preventing accidental scheduling outside recruitment hours.

One active booking

Each applicant account can hold one scheduled interview at a time. Cancelled slots automatically return to availability.

Official notifications

Your booking is recorded immediately and the system attempts the same branded email and Discord notifications used by staff.
